Job Description
- Responsible for sampling and analysis of water samples.
- Responsible for Microbiological analyses, Bacterial Endotoxin tests of different grades of water (PW/WFI/POW) as per the respective specification.
- To perform RM, PM, In-process, and validation sample analysis.
- Trending of water analysis.
- Reporting microbial excursions in water.
- Experience in performing water system qualification activities.
- Responsible for all microbiological-related activities like Sterilization, Preparation of media, Growth Promotion for media, Culture maintenance, Media Disposal, Calibration and Validation of Equipment, Qualification/ Verification activity, Cleaning and fumigation of microbiology laboratory, Identification of water and environment isolates.
- Maintaining the training records as per the requirement of the Quality System.
- Follow the required EHSS policies and Good hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for water sampling & analysis.
- Responsible for Microbiological analyses, Bacterial Endotoxin tests of different grades of water (PW/WFI/POW) as per the respective specification.
Educational Qualification: Master of Science in Microbiology/ Biotechnology.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Sampling & analysis of water
- Media & GPT
- Bacterial Endotoxin test
Experience: 0 -3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Behavioural Skills:
- Strong commitment towards work, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team.
- Good speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail, proactive self-starter
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
