Age Limit: The candidate should be below 28 years in age, as on 21.07.2023. Age relaxation will be given to the candidates as per Govt. of India rules.

Selection for JRF position at ILS will be carried out through application screening, followed by an online interview process.

through the link provided in the institute website (www.ils.res.in), with all necessary documents uploaded, such as copies of mark sheets, educational certificates, experience certificates, NET/GATE certificate etc. Incomplete applications and applications without the above-mentioned documents will be rejected.
The selected candidates will not have any right to claim explicit or implicit for any post in the Institute of Life Sciences. The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the ILS website and intimated over email. The decision of the institute regarding the selection of the candidates will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA
Eligibility & Selection: Candidates having M.Sc. or an equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects such as Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade point (50% for OBC/ST/SC) are eligible to apply. Candidates should have also qualified NET-JRF/NETLS/GATE/GPAT/BET. Candidate with knowledge and experience in bioinformatics analysis or cell culture or molecular biology techniques will be preferred.
