About the Job
Location: Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India (On-site)
- Execute daily service operations within a given service area
- Supervise technicians and ensure quality service delivery
- Plan and execute performance assessments and development programs for technicians
- Conduct pest management audits and implement corrective actions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
- Identify and resolve service delivery issues
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and documentation requirements
- Monitor input costs and implement action plans
- Drive service and product leads for assigned technician group
- Promote innovation and implement new service lines
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture
- Prior experience in pest management or service industry preferred
- Proficient in computer applications and systems
