Job Opening: Food Technology Professional

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technology professional at SOBISCO located in Hajipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of new food products, processes, and testing procedures, as well as improving and optimizing existing products and processes. The Food Technology professional will work cross-functionally with teams such as research and development, quality control, and production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the food industry with a focus on product development, process engineering, and/or quality control.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing and processing methods, as well as product development and sensory evaluation techniques.
- Experience with food safety regulations, quality control systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
