Job Posting: Project Associate-1
We are a leading research institution in the field of biotechnology, dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge and developing innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Project Associate-1.
Level of post (No. of post) & age: 01 post, Upper age limit 35 years on the last date of application
Desirable: Work experience in laboratory, chemical analysis/biochemical analysis of plants/handling of sophisticated analytical instruments
Emoluments:
- For M. Sc. scholars selected through National eligibility tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or a selection process through National level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions: Rs. 31000/- per month (consolidated)
- For others i.e. M.Sc. candidates who do not fall under the above criteria: Rs. 25000/- per month (consolidated)
Application Process
The interested candidates meeting the above qualifications may send their application in the prescribed format only by e-mail to [email protected] in advance on or before 24th October, 2023 (No application will be considered after 5.45 PM on 24th October, 2023) for the screening procedure.
Candidates should send a scanned copy of the application pasted with a passport-size photo
and one set of all certificates (will be verified with originals at the time of joining) for the screening procedure to appear in the online interview. The online interview will be held on 27th October 2023 (10.30 AM – 5.00 PM) through the online procedure for the shortlisted candidates. Incomplete applications or applications without the required format will be rejected during screening.
These posts are purely temporary specific till 31st -March, 2024 or co-terminus with the project. The posts are purely temporary for the total duration of five years in any sponsored project/scheme. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidates for claiming extension or absorption in CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar.
Candidates themselves have to make arrangements to appear for the online interview. A link or online ID (with a time slot) will be provided to the screened candidates through e-mail to appear in the interview.
