A candidate must have attained the age of 21 (Twenty-One) years and must not be above the age of 42 (Forty-Two) years as of 1st day of September, 7023.
The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to specific categories as per government rules.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
A candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Candidates belonging to specific categories should possess a Master’s Degree in the subject concerned with at least 50% marks or its equivalent grade.
PROCEDURE OF SELECTION:
The selection process includes written tests, career assessment, and viva-voce tests.
APPLICATION FEE:
A non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- for Unreserved/SEBC Category and Rs. 200/- for Scheduled Tribe / Scheduled Caste and PwD categories is to be collected. The fee can be deposited online.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit their original certificates and other documents for verification by the Board before the viva voce test.

(c) Candidates are required to upload their latest passport-size photographs, signature, and left-hand thumb impression.
(d) The requisite fee must be deposited online during the submission of the online application form.
(e) Candidates are required to mention the name of the subject while mentioning the name of the post/service on the front page of the online application form.
(f) Candidates shortlisted for the viva-voce test are required to submit self-attested copies of certificates and documents in support of academic qualifications and experience.
(g) Candidates are advised to be very careful while filling up the online application form os there is no edit option after the final submission of the same. Similarly, while depositing the application fee, they must ensure that the Application lD No. allotted to them is entered correctly. State Selection Board shall not be responsible for any act of omission or commission of the candidates. No request, either through offline or online mode for effecting any changes in the application form shall be entertained. On successful payment of the application fee, the candidates should download the application form and keep it with them for future reference.
