Bioinformatics Postdoctoral Researcher job with University of Adelaide

Completion of a PhD in biology, computational biology, applied mathematics, computer science, physics, biostatistics, statistics or bioinformatics or have equivalent qualifications or research experience
Programming experience with bash, and R and/or python scripting languages.
Experience in the analysis and integration of single cell NextGen sequencing data.
Experience in the analysis and integration of bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq/ CUT&Tag-seq and DNA genome-wide methylation datasets.
Evidence of strong contribution towards research relevant to the particular field of study/interest

Strong track record of high-quality publications and conference presentations relative to opportunity

Techniques for reproducible research and version control, including but not limited to experience generating knitr reports, GitHub repositories, and R package development.

Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, including leading research, where applicable in cancer systems and/or developmental biology using high throughput genomics
Demonstrated experience in the preparation of successful proposal submissions to external funding bodies.
Demonstrated capacity to supervise students.
