Technical Competencies:

Mandatory:

  • Experience in LC-MS data acquisition and processing of biological molecules (Peptides, Monoclonal antibodies, cytokines, growth hormones, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with intact mass analysis, amino acid sequencing, peptide mapping analysis.
  • Experience in analysis of biomolecules using reverse phase, size exclusion, and ion exchange chromatography techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in analytical method validation using the above techniques.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English. Analytical report writing/review are essential job responsibilities.

Desired:

  • Hands-on experience with structural analysis of biomolecules using Circular Dichroism and fluorescence.
  • Aggregate analysis using DLS and SDS-PAGE techniques.
