Operations:
- Familiarize yourself with end to end Specimen Management and Specimen Tracking process in Global Specimen Solutions.
- Train alongside the Data Management/Data Solutions/Clinical Regulatory Operations team to develop processes for proactively identifying data errors and performing standard/advanced resolution steps.
- Engage with Specimen Monitoring Solution teams to learn and apply problem-solving skills.
- Get exposure to basic concepts of data science like SQL database/coding, data visualizations, Machine learning concepts etc.
- Engage in professional development workshops to enhance business acumen and professional presence.
Technology:
- Assist the Technology team in developing innovative solutions using Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
- Familiarize yourself with Business Intelligence platforms to analyze and visualize data providing valuable and actionable insights.
- Explore creating solutions using Ruby on Rails, Python, & Angular.
- Develop good understanding of data handling using MySQL and other databases
- Explore building Automation solutions for Software validation & regression.
- Engage with troubleshooting teams to learn, investigate and apply problem-solving skills.
- Engage in professional development workshops to enhance business acumen and professional presence.
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
- Working towards:
For Operations: Master/Bachelor’s degree in Life science or related field.
For technology: Master/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT\CS\EC) / MCA.
- Has experience in delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
- Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership.
