Pay/month (approx.): Rs.31,000/- p. m. and 9% HRA

Age Limit: The upper Age Limit is 28 Years. Relaxation for SC/ST & PH candidates is as
per GOI norms.

Eligibility:

Essential Qualification: MSc Life Sciences (except Botany, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Sciences) with valid NET or GATE score or equivalent

Desirable Qualification: Hands-on experience in Molecular Biology and Next-generation Sequencing Techniques.

1. Method of recruitment may be Written exam / Interview or both.
2. The selected candidate will have to join within 5 days of declaration of results.
3. It is NOT a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
4. The posts are purely on a contract basis; the contract will be for a period of one year or completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
5. NO claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
6. Employee Performance Indicator will be applied.
7. Candidate must bring a completely filled application form.
8. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
9. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
10. Experience should have been gained after acquiring minimum essential qualification.
11. Qualification, experience, other terms and conditions may be relaxed/ altered at the discretion of Director AIIMS Rishikesh / Recruitment Committee.
12. No other allowance/facilities other than consolidated salary shall be admissible.
13. Decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final.
14. Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.
15. If the performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory by the Principal Investigator/Nodal Officer, the appointment can be terminated at any time without any prior notice/compensation.
16. The appointee may be relieved from the current job position by serving one-month prior notice. If the notice period is less than 1 month, an amount equal to the salary of 01 month will have to be deposited for a relieving certificate.
17. Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.
18. Extension will be based on the performance of the JRF.
19. The candidates will be short-listed based on the essential and desirable qualifications, and only the short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.
20. No TA/DA will be paid if called for an interview.
21. AIIMS Rishikesh reserves its right not to fill the position if no suitable candidate is found.
