(AMR Surveillance Research Project)

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  1. B.Sc. in Microbiology/Life Sciences/Biotechnology with good grades (>57%) and
    interest in research as a career.
  2. Knowledge and practical experience of microbiology and molecular biology techniques.
  3. Ability to handle and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  4. Capacity to plan experiments.
  5. Methodical data recording skills.
  6. Good health to work in a research environment.
  7. Residency in Mumbai with good connectivity.
  1. Experience in working with infectious bacteria and knowledge of biosafety practices.
  2. Exposure to genomics or metagenomics.
  3. Strong writing skills.

The selected candidate will be appointed on a project basis, with a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- per month, based on qualifications and experience. Prior to finalizing the appointment, the successful candidate will need to undergo competency testing. Confirmation of studentship only in post probation period (6 months) after joining.
