  1. Animal Testing of QC samples for Hormones, Snake Venom Sera (SVAS), Abnormal Toxicity
  2. Planning resource allocation and manpower management
  3. Preparation of SOP, Formats, Budget for the department
  4. Leading a team of analysts, approving results and reports.
  5. Co-ordinating with purchase and administration department.
  6. Contribute in the implementation of GLP, GMP and other quality standards
  7. Maintain records, reports and raw data pertaining to QC animal studies
  8. Participating and developing strategies for quality control testing in animals
  9. Initiate programs for developing alternatives to bioassays in animals
  10. Contribute to the strategies for improving the animal house and QC functioning.
